Authorize read-only access and AdLeak pulls your recent search-term and campaign performance, then runs a deterministic set of leak rules over your own data. You get a transparent health score and a prioritized list of possible leaks worth reviewing — never a claim that money was lost.
Read-only access only — we never change your campaigns, bids, budgets, ads, keywords or settings. View demo with sample data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How it works
Authorize read-only access and pick the Ads account you want audited. Prefer not to connect? Upload a Google Ads Search Terms CSV export instead.
We read recent search-term, campaign and ad group performance — or parse your CSV, including currency symbols, separators and alternate header names. Nothing is ever written back to your account.
Seven documented rules flag possible leaks, group them into categories and produce a 0–100 Ad Spend Health Score.
Example findings
Illustrative examples, not results from a real account.
Each finding names the row, the rule it matched and the numbers behind it. We call these possible leaks and review opportunities — you decide what to act on.

$1,952 of spend and 688 clicks with 0 recorded conversions (17.9% of analyzed spend).
enterprise crm platform
Cost per conversion $1,344 versus account average $246 (5.5×).
Generic - Search
31% of analyzed spend at a 0.28% conversion rate versus the 1.94% account baseline.
Spend with zero conversions
A row consumed meaningful spend in the period but recorded no conversions at all. It may still be a valid brand or research term, so treat it as a review opportunity.
Threshold: Spend ≥ max(1% of account spend, 1× account cost per conversion) and conversions = 0
Cost per conversion materially above baseline
The row converts, but each conversion costs materially more than your account average (or your target CPA, if you provide one).
Threshold: Cost per conversion ≥ 2× baseline CPA and at least 1 conversion
Spend up while conversions fell
Compared with the previous period in your export, spend increased while conversions decreased. Only evaluated when comparison columns exist.
Threshold: Spend +20% or more and conversions down versus previous period
Cost per click above account baseline
Average CPC is materially higher than the account baseline, so the same budget buys fewer clicks here.
Threshold: CPC ≥ 2× account average CPC, with ≥ 10 clicks
High spend with weak conversion rate
A campaign or ad group takes a meaningful share of budget while converting materially below the account baseline conversion rate.
Threshold: Spend ≥ 5% of account spend and conversion rate ≤ 50% of baseline
Many clicks, no conversions
The row attracted a lot of clicks without a single conversion — often a mismatch between intent and landing page.
Threshold: Clicks ≥ 25 and conversions = 0
Spend concentration risk
A small number of rows consume a disproportionate share of budget while performing below the account baseline. Concentration is not automatically bad, but it deserves a deliberate review.
Threshold: Top 5% of rows hold ≥ 40% of spend and convert below baseline
Privacy & read-only safety
Your report is based on your own Google Ads data — pulled read-only from the account you authorize, or from a CSV you export yourself. AdLeak has no write access to any ad account: it cannot change campaigns, bids, budgets, ads, keywords or settings, and you can disconnect at any time.
We request the read-only Google Ads scope with offline access, so audits can be re-run later. AdLeak can only read reporting data — it cannot change campaigns, bids, budgets, ads, keywords or settings. Disconnect any time and the stored authorization is deleted.
